Join me and the lovely people of Tangram Design studio to celebrate the publication of the second Edition of my cookbook, one of the few written directly in English by a local author with the aim to share the beauty and talent of Umbria and its people. Much of our culture revolves around the dining table: olive oil, wine, grains and pulses, all our wonderful agricultural products and the marvelous crafts created with century old techniques.

I will tell you about all this and also how, after my long travels, I have arrived atop a magical mountain. You're invited!
